Do you love plants? Love 50 shades of green? Create your own terrarium also known as a Green Eco System. A tiny fertile world in a closed jar of glass.
Master Maker Femke Vos de Wael will take you along the world of terrariums, so called Green Eco Systems. She is founder of Plantaardig, one of the most inspiring plant-stores we have in The Netherlands. Besides over 50 shades of green, the enormous amount of terracotta buckets and handmade terrariums Plantaardig also hosts and runs a Plant hotel, a Soil Bar and a Plant Shelter.
Besides running her beautiful shop in the centre of Middelbrug Femke is a Plant Stylist and specialist in making terrariums. She loves to share her knowledge about plants, if it is about specific names, the right place to stand, the amount of oxygen a specific plant produces or sharing all ins about how to take care, water and/or feed your plant.
You can witness her love for plants especially when visiting her Instagram account where she shares her talent for styling, photography and writing about plants. Best thing to do is to plan a visit to Plantaardig in Middelburg!
Within the Maker Sessions Femke can also be booked for Plant Styling sessions.
