TEAM TRIBE ADVENTURE
Our Team Tribe Adventure program is a truly epic corporate team experience. A bespoke program where we seek the balance between team objectives, the power of nature and creating shared memories, to strengthen the team vibe, something we call a true Tribe!
Teams will be taken on an intense 24hrs, 32hrs, 48hrs or 72hrs journey where we use the power of adventure to build a solid team foundation. Focusing on trust, vision and team development.
Our playing field will be the great outdoors. Could be at unique locations in The Netherlands or further out towards known locations in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Scotland, Ireland, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Belgium.
On site we build the coolest outdoor base camp with space for inspiring lectures, hands-on master sessions, team based assignments and coaching sessions. Together we share (and make) our nutritious meals and allowing for valuable ‘human connection time’ around the campfire.
Within our network of trainer/coaches, craftsmen, inspiring entrepreneurs, , captivating speakers and outdoor specialists we can pull from a wealth of knowledge, ingredients and experience to tailor make an unforgettable program.
While we do have the capacity to serve big groups, big isn't always better. We believe in creating intimate settings where participants can really connect, work as a team and achieve the desired results.
